How the restock works

THE WEBSITE IS RESTOCKED WITH NEW BAKES EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 12PM.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone until the next restock. All orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery, and delivery time starts from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, it is completely out of our control and we are not responsible for any delays. All orders will receive tracking details once dispatched.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Care & Responsibility
We are not liable for any damage once our products have been collected or delivered. This includes any damage that occurs during transportation. Many of our products are delicate, so please handle them with care at all times.

2. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We will ship your order to the exact address given. Please double-check your details before placing your order. If you need to make changes, you must contact us before your parcel is dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Postal Orders & Liability
We cannot be held liable for any damage caused during postage, as this is outside of our control. Therefore, no refunds or replacements will be given for postal damage. Additionally, we are not responsible for delivery delays. While we aim to dispatch orders in line with a confirmed delivery date, this is not guaranteed.

4. Weather Conditions
During warmer months, some products may arrive softened or melted. This is beyond our control, and by ordering, you accept this risk. We do not offer refunds for melted items. All items must be refrigerated as soon as they arrive.

5. Storage Instructions
All cakes and baked goods are made fresh to order and must be stored appropriately. Products should be kept refrigerated and away from direct sunlight or heat to maintain freshness and quality.

6. Allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, gluten, soya, dairy, eggs, and other allergens. We strongly advise customers with severe allergies not to place orders, as we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

7. Postage Fee
A postage fee of £5.55 is added at checkout for all orders. This covers Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

8. Marketing & Communications
By placing an order, you agree that your email address and phone number may be used to contact you regarding your order and to send occasional updates, promotions, discounts, and special offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails.
